The Fourth of July was lots of fun, a day full of relaxtion and no work! Here's some photos of our festivies:
Fireworks!!
Cousin Jen invited us to watch the parade with her and Kai at her grandma's house on Center Street. Don't you love Kai's hair?
We recently watched "The Music Man" so I thought of the song "76 Trombones in the big parade" when the band started marching by.
Even though he's looking the other way, here's President Samuelson with a cowboy hat!
We decided this teddy bear would be too big to fit in the crib with the baby, so we just took a picture.
Waiting for the fireworks to start, and looking frazzled after swimming and enjoying the sun all afternoon.
This was just a test picture for the night setting on the camera, but it does show my growing belly so I thought I'd include it.
Hooray, more celebration! Daniel surprised me with the camera when I came home from my last day of work, which was Friday, June 22. I had a great time at the Advisement Center on campus, but I am also happy to be done with the 8-5pm schedule. Thanks again, Tamara, for the recommendtion! Now I get to enjoy school without working for my last term at BYU. Having class start at 10am just three days a week gives me plenty of chances to sleep in. I'm loving it.
Yes, this is over 2 months ago, but I thought I'd include our pictures from celebrating el Cinco de Mayo.
